Everything you have told us here is true.
Aangus may check your identity documents against the details you gave, and may keep them safely.
Your child will be asked whether this is really you, and their answer decides it. If they say no, nothing goes further.
If you are approved you will be able to see whether your child went to school, whether they are keeping going, and a weekly report on how their learning is going. You will not see your child's work, answers, documents or private notes. Those are seen only by Aangus and Aangus admins.
Your child's teacher sees attendance only. Aangus Reporters may handle your child's document in person, only for a task that names it. They never have access to the documents stored in Aangus, and never see your phone number.
You can ask Aangus to remove your access at any time.

How your child answers: writing, voice notes and photographs

Some lessons ask your child to answer in their own words. We ask you once, now, so your child is never stopped from answering.

Consent for my child to send their answers I agree that the child whose Student ID I entered may answer lessons in Aangus in three ways: 1. By writing the answer. 2. By recording a short voice note. 3. By taking a photograph of their work, for example a page they wrote on paper. I understand that: • My child's answers and work are seen only by Aangus, the computer system that checks them, and by Aangus admins. They are not published and are never shown to supporters. • I do not see my child's answers, work, documents or private notes. From my own page I see whether my child went to school, whether they are keeping going, and a weekly report on how their learning is going. • If an Aangus admin decides I should know something specific about my child's work, the admin tells me. Nothing about my child's work is sent to me automatically. • My child's teacher sees attendance only, never my child's answers or work. • Aangus Reporters may handle my child's document in person, only for a task that names it. They never have access to the documents stored in Aangus, and never see my phone number. • My child is told never to show anyone's face, and never to say or write their full name or home address. • If an answer suggests my child may not be safe, a person at Aangus reads it. • I give this for this child. If I have another child in Aangus, I am asked again for that child. • I can stop voice notes and photographs at any time from my page. My child can still write.
